Are you ready to push your limits and ignite your competitive spirit? Introducing the Dragon Fitness Challengeโ€”a month-long test of endurance, strength, and determination! The challenge consists of a 30-mile run or walk, 60 miles, 1,200 push-ups, 700 burpees, and an 8,000-meter row. You have one month to finish all components. Tackle the challenge solo, at your own time and place. Log your progress and celebrate your achievements.
