Who can use your services?

We work with all services to include Active Duty, Retirees, Reserves, Guard and DoD Civilians and Contractors. If you have access to the base, you have access to us and all that we do. However, for the “Special Military (SALUTE) tickets”, there are certain requirements. For those tickets, the only people eligible to purchase and activate are active duty and their spouse, retired and their spouse, 100% disabled and their spouse, and reservists and their spouse. For Universal tickets, the same customers are eligible as well as DoD civilians.

Do you book airfare?

We do book airfare. We are an actual travel agency as well (not all ITT offices offer it), so we can do it all. We do charge a $15 booking fee per airline ticket and a $7 booking fee for any other type of booking like a cruise or all-inclusive or package.

Do you have packages?

We do not offer “Pre-Made” Packages as seen on the internet or TV. We customize packages to suit your individual needs and wants. Just let us know where and when you want to go and we will be happy to get you accurate rates for your package.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, check, Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, Discover, the “NEW AFFFES STAR CARD”, and cash or check.

What do you have for “FREE”?

Your ITT does from time to time offer complimentary tickets for Military Appreciation to various events. Please check with us periodically for any Military Appreciation tickets we may have to offer. These complimentary tickets are handled as per Standard Operating Procedures for Distribution of Complimentary Tickets.

Do you sell concert tickets or event tickets?

We may be able to get special military discounts for a few events; however most concerts and shows will only be available through the venue or Ticketmaster. Please check with us for any possible discounts.

Why don’t you put out event information sooner?

With some of the tickets we receive, we are not notified until as little as 1 or 2 days prior to the event. We do our best to get information out as quickly as possible through social media and our website when possible.

Why can we sometimes get a better rate if we deal with the vendor directly rather than going through ITT? If you are here for the airman why are we, at times, charged more?

ITT strives to offer our military community the best pricing possible. It is true some vendors may have a “better deal”, however we encourage our clients to research all components of the package and all policies involved. We are here in person to answer any questions regarding your booking and handle any issues that may come up. We do have a convenience surcharge on our attraction tickets, however all monies do go towards the ITT program and FSS services here on Keesler AFB. In addition due to contract negotiations, some attractions may have a better military discount at the door rather than our rate here in the office. We do let our clients know how to get the best rate for them.

Is my purchasing through the ITT Office really better for the military Family?

Purchasing through us ensures you have someone working to get you the best rate and all components of your purchase are accurate. Also, all income from packages, tickets, etc. is returned to support your FSS services here on Keesler AFB, just like Freedom Fest, Crawfish Cook-Off, and many other events through the Force Support Squadron.
