Spouse Employment

Employment for spouses is a priority as many positions are targeted to the highly qualified military/civilian spouse. The Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) can assist in resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic career guidance.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many volunteer opportunities in the Keesler area. Volunteering is a great way to gain experience, share a talent, fill a need, or just give back to the community. The American Red Cross and the Military and Family Readiness Center can provide details on structured volunteer programs.

“I started at the Keesler Engraving Shop with little knowledge about engraving, but every day has been an opportunity for me to learn and grow. It’s wonderful to work with a team of people who care and are supportive. Working in the 81st FSS has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I look forward to seeing where this will take me!”
