You’ll learn how to properly measure ingredients, mix batter for the perfect texture, and bake your layers to golden perfection. We’ll cover essential tips for saving baked layers, cutting and filling even layers, and using cake rounds for structure and support. Once your cakes are ready, our instructors will show you how to frost a cake smoothly and professionally, giving you the confidence to create stunning cakes at home.
