HIIT workouts involve short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest periods or low-intensity recovery. The idea is to push your body to work at near its maximum capacity for a limited time, often ranging from 20 to 24 seconds per exercise, followed by a short rest.  This cycle is repeated for various exercises, creating a challenging and dynamic workout that can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.
